More Information About Cut Flower Plants
Enjoy a bouquet from the garden with perennial flowering plants. Many wonderful flowering perennials also make great cut flower plants that you can enjoy both outdoors and in. Here at Plant Delights Nursery, we have an enormous on-line plant catalog and have searched through it to create this mini-catalog of cut flower plants that look great in the perennial garden landscape with blooms that look just as good in a vase.
When you grow cut flower plants you are not limited to the same old roses and sunflowers that are ubiquitous in every flower shop. Some cut flower plants produce fantastic flowers that never make it to commercial florists because they do not travel or keep well for very long. While some perennials have a short flowering period, other perennials bloom all summer and provide cut flowers all season long.
