(aka: Trillium maculatum A3SC-012) Trillium maculatum 'Dorchester' is our 2021 introduction of seed-grown, flowering-sized plants from a population in Dorchester County, SC. The 1' tall specimens are topped, starting for us around Valentine's Day with lovely mottled foliage and upright violet, spathulate petals. Trillium maculatum prefers an average to slightly moist soil for best performance.
