Pulmonaria 'Shrimps on the Barbie' sets a new industry standard for both flowering and disease resistance in lungworts. This amazing Terra Nova hybrid has incredible vigor and even in our hot, humid summers the foliage is as amazing in October as it is in April. The 1' tall x 3' wide clump of green foliage is nicely spotted silver. The floral explosion begins for us in late March, when the entire clump is smothered in a breathtaking show of rich, salmon-pink flowers. Unlike most clones, the flower color holds well, with little aging to blue.
