Polygonatum x hybridum 'Giganteum' is a truly superb, but rarely offered selection of the hybrid of European Polygonatum multiflorum and the Eurasian Polygonatum odoratum. Polygonatum 'Giganteum' is a standout in the woodland garden, where it forms a dense clump of 30" tall stalks, clothed with 3" long green leaves, and adorned, starting for us in early April with a multitude of white bells...a truly outstanding garden specimen. Our 17-year-old clump has formed a 4' wide patch.
