(aka: Dysosma pleiantha) This offering of the Asian Podophyllum pleianthum represents seedlings grown from the amazing form we found just north of Taipei. Podophyllum pleianthum 'Taipei Treasure' forms a 2' tall x 1.5' wide clump, composed of large glossy green lobed leaves, and adorned in very early spring with large clusters of pendulous, ketchup-colored flowers, held in clusters just below the foliage. Podophyllum pleianthum does not run or go dormant in early summer like our native Podophyllum peltatum.
