Phlox 'Fashionably Early Princess' is the mauvey pink flowered selection in the early flowering, mildew-resistant series of Phlox carolina hybrids from the Walters breeding program. The 32" stems burst into flower for us in late April...long before any of the other vertical phlox species. These slowly-spreading phlox will form a 3' wide patch in two to three years.
