Phlox 'Bedazzled Lavender' is the latest groundcover phlox hybrid from Hans Hansen's work at Walters Gardens. This very early-flowering hybrid of the US native Phlox bifida forms a low evergreen carpet to 4" tall x 2' wide in two years. For us, Phlox 'Bedazzled Lavender' starts flowering in January and, despite the cold temperatures, continues until finally hitting its peak in late March/Early April. What a delightful plant to help get you excited about the spring gardening season.
