Paeonia 'Julia Rose' is a 1986 Roger Anderson intersectional (herbaceous x tree) peony with large 7-8" wide double rosy red flowers atop a 3' tall x 3' wide specimen. Unlike herbaceous peonies, do not cut intersectional peonies to the ground or you'll remove the flowers for next year.
