Iris x louisiana 'Wow Factor' is a splendid Louisiana iris that truly lives up to its name. Iris 'Wow Factor' is a cross of our US native Louisiana iris species made on the other side of the world by Australia's Heather Pryor and then re-introduced into the US. For us, each of the 42" tall stalks are topped in early May with several large lemon yellow and chocolate blended flowers, each highlighted with cinnamon veining. Iris 'Wow Factor' can be grown in typical garden soils or as a marginal aquatic.
