Hosta 'Fingernails' is a 2019 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of another miniature hosta from our breeding program with extremely tiny leaves. The breeding to develop this includes crosses with Hosta 'Hush Puppie', Hosta 'Silver Bay', Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears', and Hosta 'Cracker Crumbs'. Hosta 'Fingernails' is a vigorous midget that only reaches 1" tall x 8" wide and is composed of tiny 1" long x .5" wide dark green leaves, attached to a visible petiole...truly unique.
