Baptisia 'Lighthouse' is a 2022 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction that's our tallest baptisia introduction to date. This seedling selection from our earlier introduction, Baptisia alba 'Wayne's World', tops out at 6' tall once mature. The long dusty green legs of Baptisia 'Lighthouse' are bare to 2', giving plenty of space to grow a complimentary "floral skirt" underneath. For us (NC), the huge 26" long stalks of pure white flowers, start flowering around April 10, which puts it among the earliest flowering of the baptisias.
