Asarum nobilissimum 'Super Shield' is our 2023 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a beautifully silver-patterned selection of the giant Chinese ginger, in a species that is almost exclusively known by solid green leaf selections. The 10" tall patch, of slowly-stoloniferous foliage clusters are adorned in April with an incredible show of massive yellow-speckled purple flowers at the base.
