Agave parryi 'Desert Delight' is a 2023 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of an edged sport of Agave parryi ssp. huachucensis. The edge of each blue leaf is bordered with a muted chartreuse band. Unlike brighter variegated century plants, Agave 'Desert Delight' is as winter hardy as the non-variegated species. We have grown Agave 'Desert Delight' outdoors in the garden since 2017, in a location where the soil remains dry in the winter. We expect Agave 'Desert Delight' to mature around 6" tall x 18" wide.
