(aka: Trillium gracile A3LA-067) In 2004 when we visited a population of Trillium gracile in Shelby County, Texas, we noticed that most plants in the population made small small clumps, but we did find a single clone that formed a huge clump. We returned with a single division, which has now formed massive 30" wide clumps in the garden with over 100 flowering stems annually, from which we're finally able to share. The 11" tall stalks are topped with mostly silver leaves with muted light olive blotches, topped, starting for us in March with narrow dark purple petals.
