Trillium decumbens 'Jefferson Gems' is our nursery seed-propagated strain from an original 2011 clonal collection in Jefferson County, Alabama. This is our first offering of the highly-prized Trillium decumbens, which is both a poor seed-setter/germinator and slow-offsetter. This super cute trillium has mouse-ear shaped green and silver patterned foliage that appears to lay flat on the ground, thanks to a decumbent (fallen and it can't get up) stem. For us, Trillium decumbens' Jefferson Gems' is topped by upright violet petals, starting in mid-April. Our quantities are very limited, so don't delay in getting yours.
