Tinantia pringlei 'Panther' is a Tom Peace selection of the wonderful perennial wandering Jew from the mountains of Northern Mexico. In light shade or part sun, Tinantia pringlei 'Panther' forms an attractive 1' tall x 2' wide mass of dark purple stems adorned with thumb-sized olive green leaves, adorned with random purple blotches. The thin, fleshy stalks are home to tiny light lavender flowers all summer. Tinantia pringlei 'Panther' is a plant that's easy to fall in love with. In cold winter climates it may return from seed dropped near the parent plant.
