This is one of my favorite of the meadow rues that I originally acquired from Dick Weaver of WeDu. This NC native makes a splendid 6' tall stately deer-resistant plant for the perennial border, complete with the typical maidenhair fern like foliage. In late spring, the rigidly upright clumps are topped with tiny airy yellow green flowers...a great plant to change textures in the border. Visitors have been begging us to propagate this one, so here it is!
