Sarracenia 'Barba Green' is a recent introduction of a hybrid that forms a compact 1' tall x 15" wide clump of upright red-veined pitchers that resemble Sarracenia purpurea standing on edge. Everyone seems to have different opinions on the species involved in the cross, from Sarracenia purpurea to S. rosea to S. leucophylla to S. minor.
