This exciting new salvia (possibly a subspecies of S. prunelloides) from Oaxaca, Mexico at 8,000' elevation is simply marvelous. It forms a groundcover mat of foliage that gives rise to wonderful blue flowers on 12" stems. It has survived 0 degrees F in our garden.
