Rohdea japonica 'Shiro Botan' is one of the best dwarf evergreen sacred lilies we grow. This exceptionally vigorous Japanese selection forms a 8" tall x 16" wide, good offsetting selection. The 10" long, arching, pointed thick green leaves are heavily banded with large white blotches...most prevalent after the new leaves emerge in late June. The short stalks of bright red fruit add another special moment during the winter months. Rohdea japonica 'Shiro Botan' is great in the small woodland rock garden or in a special container where climate doesn't allow them to remain outdoors.
