(aka: Dysosma x plereale) Podophyllum x plereale 'Snowfall in Love' is our cross of the Chinese Podophyllum pleianthum 'Snowfall' x Podophyllum versipelle ssp. boreale. These amazingly vigorous hybrids are intermediate in both leaf and flower between both parents. The glossy green foliage that tops the 2' tall stalks has more deeply indented leaf lobes than Podophyllum pleianthum, but less than Podophyllum versipelle ssp. boreale. The dangling flowers that hang from the stems below the leaves are also intermediate in size between both parents and vary from light red to blood red, with each seedling being different. Our offerings are 3-year old flowered plants, and our quantities are very limited.
