(aka: Ophiopogon japonicus CPC 19.11.00.3) Thanks to plantsman Darrell Probst for sharing this clump-forming mondo grass he discovered in Sichuan, China. The small, grass-like, 8" tall x 15" wide evergreen clumps of Ophiopogon japonicus 'Tuff Tuft Silver' are adorned, starting in early June, with short pendent spikes of dainty, silvery white flowers.
