Lilium 'Slate's Morning' is a recently introduced martagon lily hybrid, registered in 2011, that tops out in late spring with 4' tall spikes of pendent orange red flowers. Each flower is highlighted by a bright yellow eye-zone and small cinnamon spots. As with all martagon hybrids, light shade to morning sun and good drainage is perfect.
