Discovered by Ken Page on a roadside in Surry, England and named by nearby Monksilver Nursery, this selection of white archangel has quickly become one of my favorite woodland ground covers. This variegated selection of the non-invasive white dead nettle makes a sort of spreading... sort of upright ground cover for the slightly moist woodland garden. Each stem is layered with 1" spade shaped leaves, each a two tone green edge, highlighted by a yellow center pattern. This is a fascinating variegation that you must see to appreciate. Throughout the spring, the stems are also highlighted by small white snapdragon like flowers!
