This newly available form of Iris cristata selected by Lorena Reid of Laurie's Garden is the darkest blue-purple form of I. cristata that we have seen. In spring, the slowly spreading clumps of 6" tall narrow green leaves are smothered in these scrumptious flowers... superb for a woodland ground cover in dry shade.
