We think this aptly named cutie from Walden West is just adorable. The dark green leaves emerge vertically from the clump with a serious twist that would make Chubby Checker proud. Each leaf is highlighted with a large dramatic central pattern of creamy white. As the season progresses, the white changes first to a light olive-green (reminiscent of "The Exorcist" pea soup scene). Finally, the central color changes again into the same dark green as the outer edge of the leaf... a true Dr. Jekyll kind of hosta. In midsummer, the 20" wide clumps are topped with stalks of medium lavender flowers... truly a distinctive new hosta!
