    From the late Russ O'Harra, comes one of his finest connoisseur introductions. This seedling of H. ventricosa 'Aureomarginata' is one of the darkest (nearly black) green hostas that we grow. The H. ventricosa-shaped leaves almost glitter when the light hits just right. In early summer, the 3' clumps are topped with 2' scapes of large lavender and white striped bells... very distinctive in the woodland garden!
