Hosta 'School Mouse' is the latest introduction in the "mouse ears" series of sports. Hosta 'School Mouse' came directly from another Walters Gardens introduction, Hosta 'Church Mouse'. In addition to the mixed ploidy-induced seer-suckered leaf edge of its parent, the edge of Hosta 'School Mouse' has been transformed to bright yellow while retaining the amazing edge ruffling. You'll really enjoy this 8" tall x 14" wide dwarf, thick-leafed gem...either in a woodland rock garden or a special container. Hosta 'School Mouse' is smaller than Hosta 'Mini Skirt', and the edge remains yellow instead of aging to creamy white.
