If ruffled leaves are your favorite, then you must try the late Pauline Banyai's H. 'Permanent Wave'. The long, medium green leaves (16" long x 4" wide) are heavily rippled along the margins, forming the basis for an outstanding clump. In early summer, the 4 ' wide clumps are topped with light lavender flowers on 20" scapes.
