    This new hybrid (H. 'Jim Wilkins' x H. 'AHS Board of Directors') x (H. 'Bad Ideas x Open Pollinated) is one of those that should never have been introduced. However since it's underground introduction it has zoomed to #1 on the Hosta Police Hit List! Since it is 'Not Registered', it can no longer be entered into the cut leaf show, mentioned in the Hosta Journal, auctioned at a convention, or legally sold in this venue, If anyone sells it, the American Hosta Society will drop them from their list of "prefered vendors". We all want to encourage hosta registration, but would opt for a less heavy handed approach. Let your board of directors hear from you!
