This new release from Olga Petryszyn's amazing breeding program combines the large size of H. nigrescens 'Elatior' with the texture and variegation pattern of H. 'Christmas Tree'. The result of this 1991 cross is a dramatic, large, 3' wide clump of slightly shiny, pointed, blue-green leaves, each surrounded by a wide band of creamy white. The clumps are topped with 3' tall scapes of pure white flowers in midsummer...absolutely stunning!
