This spectacular sport of H. 'August Moon' is finally becoming more available. The heavily textured, round, corrugated chartreuse-golden leaves develop a very wide dark green border... wider as the season progresses.... eventually making a spectacular 3' wide clump. In late spring, the clump is topped with sturdy 2' stalks of light lavender bells. H. 'Lunar Orbit' is similar to, but different from, H. 'September Sun'.
