This Japanese selection (possibly a form of H. sieboldii) makes a nice small mound to 15" wide. Each narrow wavy twisted leaf has a dark green center surrounded by a wide creamy edge that is gold in the early spring. In midsummer, the clumps are topped with dark lavender flowers on 15" tall scapes.
