From Indiana breeding sensation Olga Petryszyn, comes this stunning new gold leaved hosta (H. nigrescens x O.P. x H. 'Blue Whirls'). H. 'Golden Gate' makes a 52" wide clump of very large and thick, pointed, shiny golden foliage. In early spring, the clumps are topped with medium lavender flowers on 44" scapes... a real stunner when used to brighten a dark part of the garden!
