This superb, small hosta is a selection of famed red-petioled H. longipes forma hypoglauca. The symmetrical 18" wide clump is composed of satiny, black-green foliage held outward on dark purple-red petioles. In mid-October, Hosta 'Fall Bouquet' makes a stunning show of 16" tall red scapes of nice lavender flowers...long after many other hostas have bitten the dust. This is a must for hosta breeders hoping to select for red stems, and for gardeners trying to extend the season!
