This mutation from H. Fortunei Gigantea has pure white leaves with a narrow band of green around the edge. This difficult to grow plant is best reserved for serious hosta collectors. The center does not change to chartreuse as does H. White Christmas, therefore H. Emerald Crust is slightly less vigorous. Be sure to grow this hosta in plenty of morning sun to produce enough food to survive.
