Zones: 3a to 8b
Dormancy: Winter
Height: 28" tall
Origin: Hybrid
This sport of the popular H. 'Blue Umbrellas' is composed of glossy, blue-green leaves with a dramatic white center. The 28" tall x 46" wide clumps are topped with 40" scapes of light lavender flowers in summer. A well-grown clump of H. 'Dancing in the Rain' is an amazing sight, but as with many white-centered hostas, they may be slow to establish and prefer either morning sun or very open light shade.
