Hosta 'Cowlick' is another vigorously growing miniature hosta, created in 2001 and introduced in 2017 by Plant Delights Nursery. Hosta 'Cowlick' is a Hosta venusta seedling selection, that forms a 4" tall x 15" wide patch, composed of 2" long x 1" wide, very wavy, green leaves...an attractive and extremely vigorous subject in the rock garden. Hosta 'Cowlick' is topped, starting for us in mid-June with an attractive display of dark purple flowers held on short stems above the foliage.
