This unusual Bob Solberg hybrid carries the contorted leaf tradition of Hosta 'Praying Hands' to a new extreme...arthritic hands. Bob's cross of Hosta 'Tortifrons' x Hosta 'One Man's Treasure' makes a 22" wide clump of very glossy, narrow green leaves that are fused and twisted near the tip like a Hosta 'Tortifrons' on steroids. The architecturally fascinating clumps of Hosta 'Corkscrew' are topped with 20" flower scapes of lavender flowers in mid-September (NC)...a hummingbird favorite.
