This 2005 Hans Hansen introduction is a cross between a variegated H. 'Tardiflora' seedling and H. 'Shining Tot'. The result is a delightful 18" tall x 32" wide mound of shiny green foliage with a nice yellow border. The clumps are topped in September with 16" tall spikes of lavender flowers. Although it's not a regular occurrence, there have been seasons in which the flower spikes were highly branched.
