In my mind, Hemerocallis 'Purity' is what daylilies should look like...great garden plants that flower at or near eye-level. This 1949 Traub hybrid shows incredible vigor and is topped, starting in mid- to late-June, with 5' tall spikes ending in abundant clusters of golden yellow, fragrant flowers. I can't imagine gardening in the sun without this amazing daylily!
