Geranium 'Sandrine' is the latest introduction from French breeder, Thierry Delabroye. Geranium 'Sandrine' is a seedling of Geranium 'Anne Folkard' (G. procurrens x G. psilostemon) which Theiry named after his wife. The 2" wide, rich purple, black-throated flowers are much larger than those of Geranium 'Anne Folkard' and are set off nicely against the golden yellow foliage, which is brightest in spring. The scrambling nature of Geranium 'Sandrine' makes it perfect for creating fun color combinations in the perennial border.
