    Here's one for experimental gardeners. This spectacular Alp native looks nothing like a gentian. The glossy 1' long leaves make a large tropical looking clump. In summer, 4' bloom spikes arise from the clump, each adorned with bright yellow flowers....stunning! We are just trialing this for southern climates...thought you'd like to join us.
