We love the golden-needled blue fescues, but have so far struck out with finding any with heat tolerance. Festuca 'AmiGold'. The 10" tall x 16" wide, tight clumps are a lovely, bright chartreuse gold. Well-drained soils that remain on the dry side are the key to success. We are trialing this for the first time, so try it with us.
