We've had this Hans Hansen collection of Cyrtomium identified as Cyrtomium fortunei, but we have our doubts. The spores for this collection come from the road from Nan Guan to Tao Yuan around 4000' elevation. This cyrtomium makes an upright vase-shaped clump composed of 3' tall, glossy, dark green fronds that form a 3' tall x 2' wide clump...an outstanding addition to the woodland garden!
