(aka: Clematis Evipo030) Clematis 'Bijou' is a 2005 introduction of a perennial, non-climbing clematis from the work of UK clematis breeders' Raymond Evison and Mogens Olesen. Clematis 'Bijou' forms a 1' tall x 3' wide mat of green foliage, covered all summer with a procession of 3.5" wide mauvy blue flowers...a colorful groundcover between larger perennials.
