Carex 'Pinkie' is a fascinating sedge we purchased as seed from the UK as Carex morrowii, which it obviously isn't. We actually think it's probably a selection of the New Zealand sedge, Carex flagellifera. For us, Carex 'Pinkie' forms a tight, fine-textured, 2' tall x 3' wide clump of bronze foliage that takes on a slight pink cast in more sunlight.
