This selection has the typical, glossy, green, evergreen rounded basal leaves, which take on a lovely red-violet in the winter months. In spring, the clumps are topped with 16" tall branched spikes of small carmine pink flowers. Bergenias prefer cool, moist, well-drained sites for best results.
