Astilbe 'Mighty Pip' is the first in a series of taller Astilbe chinensis hybrids from Holland's Hans van der Meer. Astilbe 'Mighty Pip' is a vigorous 4' tall grower, topped in late spring/early summer with branched spikes of light pink flowers...quite stunning and quite noticeable in the garden.
