Asarum 'Rock and Roll' is a Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a Zac Hill/Jeremy Schmidt's 2017 collection from near Rocky Creek, Georgia. This exceptional dense-growing, vigorous clone of the spreading groundcover Asarum arifolium var. callifolium is truly quite extraordinary. The original patch was over 6" tall x 6' wide in situ. Each of the heart shaped, anise-scented green leaves are mottled with light silver grey blotches. In very early spring, the small jar-shaped bronzy flowers are found scattered below the foliage.
